ABOUT

Daddy Jack Records is a passionate independent record company with a firm commitment to artistry and creativity, philanthropy and community, and quality. Daddy Jack Records operates with the goal of releasing timeless music that all people can enjoy, with a focus on working with local musicians in their home base of Austin, Texas, developing and being inspired by the rich tones reflected locally, and abroad.

Daddy Jack Records was established by NBA legend Chris Bosh. An 11-time All Star, Bosh played 14 years in the NBA, winning back-to-back championships in 2012 and 2013 with the Miami Heat. Upon retiring from basketball, Bosh set out to pursue his lifetime passion for music on a full-time basis. Bosh’s participation in music pre-dates his retirement from hoop, including a 2017 collaboration with Gucci Mane and Rico Love titled “Miss My Woe.”

Daddy Jack Records derives its name from Chris’s grandfather, endearingly known around Dallas and Hutchins, Texas for his business savvy and as a social, street smart citizen.

Since its inception year of 2020, Daddy Jack Records has released exciting new music from Rico Love, Deborah Cox, and Sariah. Daddy Jack Records has partnered with DashGo for worldwide digital distribution and with Noble Steed Music for world-class marketing support.
